Update from the originator: Due to an IT issue, the originator is not able to process the pending interest payment. Rest assured, the originator has received the interest payments from the various project developers on time. The problem is in distributing the interest payments to the investors and correctly reflecting the renewals in your portfolio. The originator's development team is currently doing everything it can to resolve this issue as soon as possible. As soon as the problem is solved, you will of course receive all interest with a retroactive effect.

Update from the originator:

As the originator had also written in the previous communication, the project developer has submitted a request to extend the term of the loan to a total of 18 months. The reason for this is a conflict with the tenant and as a result, the project developer is forced to sell the house on which the mortgage rests. The sale is invested in real estate agency Johan Telen in Neeroeteren.

The result of the voting is positive, which means that the originator will extend the loan to a total of 18 months. The new repayment date for this loan will now be January 27, 2023. Naturally, the conditions of the loan will not change.


March 25, 2022

Update from the originator:

The borrower has a conflict with the tenant and is forced to sell the home on which the mortgage rests. The sale is invested in real estate agency Johan Telen in Neeroeteren.

Various interested parties have come forward, but given the sometimes long processing time at the notary in Belgium, the borrower requests that the term be extended by (maximum) 9 months to a total of 18 months. Naturally, the monthly interest installments continue as usual. In the event of early repayment before the maturity date, the remaining interest & costs due up to a maximum of 3 installments will be charged to the borrower. Of course, the extra interest in this case benefits the investor.

A decision will soon follow.
