The originator is pleased to inform you that a new lease agreement has been signed for Modern office Ateities str. 10, Vilnius project. The contract is valid until 01/12/2022.
Rental income (interest) for investors has not changed: +6,06% per annum.

The originator would like to inform you, that the mortgage on the Modern office Ateities str. 10 projects have been successfully placed by the project owner and your investment is already generating interest. The project owner will be distributing interest every month's 12th day.
Update from the originator:
The loan hasn't been yet formalised at the notary, as the seller is in the foreign country, therefore the asset isn't mortgaged yet.
The interest will be combined for this period next month.
