Please note that, once a debt is transferred to a recovery agency, legally, the intermediary or the person who has transferred the debt to a recovery company has no authority to interfere in the negotiations that the recovery agency and the debtor carry out, nor in the speed at which these are presented, but it is the recovery agency that carries out the relevant timing. As soon as the recovery agency provides the originator with any kind of update, no matter how small, we will send it to you immediately by means of communication on the timeline.

The debt collection procedure has already started. This type of procedure is related to the monitoring and execution of the guarantees offered.

The originator informs you that this is a procedure that whenever there are advances, or updates will be communicated to the intervening investors, however, it is a procedure that should not exceed the maximum period of 2 years.

The originator informs you that the ordinary lawsuit has been filed against the developer of the project "Puerto de la Torre IV" to claim the amount owed by the developer. In this way, legal action has already been taken to recover the loan, as agreed at the investors' meeting held for this purpose. As soon as the originator has news about the admission and distribution of the lawsuit, the originator will inform you.
