The originator has been in contact with Topcu, this contact has led to an appointment. An appointment is planned in which the founder of the originator, together with his business partner, will travel to Germany to discuss with the party involved.
As soon as this appointment has taken place, a new update will follow.

Update from the originator: 

The originator tried to contact the project developer via phone and e-mail was contacted again and the following email was sent:
 “Hello Mr Topcu, Can we please call, because we would like an update on the following loans: Saarbrücker Strasse, Unit 4 (€73,000) The other loans have all been cancelled. Why haven't these been canceled yet? Should have been canceled on 31/07 and now we have to calculate the interest. No interest has been paid since March 31. Magdalenenstrasse, Gelsenkirchen (€550,000) Should have been canceled July 8th. Haven't heard anything since July. Interest not paid since March 8, 2023. Please call me.” 
The originator will send the reply as soon as they receive it.
