Update from the originator:
The annual net rent for the existing project at Kaiserstraße 41 was increased to EUR 504,000.
Of the 16 apartments in the portfolio, 9 residential units are currently still in open-ended contracts. Further vacancy talks with permanent main tenants are ongoing. The refurbishment/attic expansion work has not yet started due to further leasing talks.
Update from the developer:
Some of the retail space has already been rented. At the moment it looks as if fewer investment costs are likely to be necessary for the project, and better rents than planned can be achieved, i.e. the profitability of the project will be better.
