Project update

Update from the originator:

The property division must be carried out for the start of sales. A surveyor and architect have already been commissioned for this. As soon as the physical division has been completed at the surveying office, individual sales (new building in the courtyard, attic blank and existing apartments) will begin.

Update from the originator:

The building permit has already been granted, the developer expects the decision in the next 2 weeks.

The property is now being prepared for sale (pricing, exposé creation,...) and sales are scheduled to start in January 2023.

the project has already been submitted, and the approval of the city planning regarding the facade is now awaited.

Update from the originator: In mid-March, the firewall was renovated by B&M Bau GmbH. The planning was submitted, planning documents are in the appendix. A statement from the city planner is expected.

The submission plan was handed over to the building authorities at the end of September and approval is expected shortly.

Repair work is still being carried out on the border wall.
