Update from the originator:
The originator would like to inform you that the issuer FORMHAUS Wohnbau Hofangerstraße GmbH & Co. KG will make use of its early repayment option.
On August 19, 2022, the issuer terminated the current loan agreement for the Munich - Hofanger project and will then repay the investment sum including interest.
For the remaining term of 3 months, you will receive exit interest of 2.0% pa in addition to your investment amount and the interest. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

The project developer would like to keep you up to date with regard to the progress of the München-Hofanger project.
