Project update

Update from the originator:

• Residential apartment in Tallinn, fully funded at the beginning of October.
• The first rental payout has been made, proportionally to every investor, based on the days they were invested in September.
• The seller will stay renting the apartment for 36 months, yielding our investors 8% net income.
• After the 36 month period, the seller will purchase back the apartment with a premium.
• Reinvest24 will take the operating fee from the profits made through the exit.

The income will start from the day of investing, while the first payout will be in October based on the days the investors were invested in September.
