This project is still in the loan gathering phase. The notary contract should be signed tomorrow. After that, the originator will get the proof of mortgage (expected in 1-2 working days) and after this, the funds will be transferred to the client.
The interest rate for this project changed from 11% to 12%. All investments are now calculated on a 12% interest rate.
