The originator is pleased to inform you that the issuer of the "Lienfeldergasse 32" project was able to sell the entire property globally and that the project was completed after 18 months instead of the previously agreed 24 months.

This means that your invested capital plus interest will be returned to you early this week. The Fourreal group's project was a complete success so that the term was significantly shortened and over half a million euros could be repaid to our investors.

The borrower is trying to sell the property as a complete package. In order to achieve the best possible economic utilization and to reduce vacancies, the commercial space will be rented out for a limited period of time as a transitional solution until the conversion permit for apartments is still planned.

Update from the developer:

The developer is currently examining the sale as a complete package in a partially inventory-free and unrenovated condition, whereby the developer is currently still in purchase talks with the last owner of the apartment in order to obtain sole ownership of the entire property. At the same time, however, the conversion and approval strategy will be pursued in order to complete the justification of the condominium by means of supplementary savings and thus also enable the sale as individual condominium properties. The course of the project is therefore according to plan and further exploitation alternatives are also being examined.
