The developer is pleased to inform you that the works of the promotion Prosperity are nearing completion after they have begun on the 20th of August. Its completion is scheduled for mid-month, so we have managed to perform the operation in 4 months. Given the Christmas dates, the developer will try to deed some purchases before the year, and the rest at the beginning of 2021. In January the operation will be closed and the loan paid off.

• Current degree of progress of the works: 95%.
• 95% of the units are already formalized through a private contract with the future owners, having already paid each of the 30% of the final price.

Dear investors, 

First of all, thank you very much for the trust placed in the development of the project in question. The developer hopes to transmit to you through these communications, periodically, the progress made in the promotion. After the signing of the loan contract on August 11, in unity of act, the premises located at Luis Cabrera 62, Madrid, were purchased. The works of Construction began on August 20. Currently the degree of progress is 5%. According to the forecasts of the construction company, the works of adaptation of the premises should be completed by March-April 2021. By this time In this circumstance, the developer would substantially shorten the agreed times of the loan. At a commercial level, the developer already have reserves of 50% of the promotion, of which 25% is already formalized through a private contract with the future owners, having paid each of them 30% of the final price.
