Project update

Update from the originator:

The issuer informed the originator today that the project will not be paid back early; the loan including interest will be repaid on the agreed repayment date of January 13, 2023. 

Update from the originator: The originator has good news for the CAELIA housing project in Franziska-Fast-Gasse. The issuer was able to sell the 34 apartments to a non-profit property developer. A term of 30 months was planned for the issue of our long-standing partner. Due to this positive development, you will receive the capital back early over the course of the next week, i.e. 6 months before the planned repayment date.

Update from the originator:

The "Franziska-Fast-Gasse" project is going according to plan. After the construction negotiations have already been tendered by the building authorities, the building permit is expected to be issued in the coming weeks. The project is about to be sold, after which the investor funds will be returned.

The project has already been submitted; planning permission is expected in the next few months; parallel to this, the sale of the project is (at least) prepared / processed.
