Project update

Update from the originator: The originator would like to inform you that the project "Fallmerayerweg 73-77" has already been completed. There have been delays in the last land registry entry of a buyer. The entire repayment amount is already with the trustee. According to information from the trustee, the capital will be available in the next few days and will be credited to your clearing account.

Update from the originator:

The four houses are ready to be covered and the outdoor facilities are ready for handover. The handover of the ten privately financed residential units is currently being prepared.

The project is progressing according to plan so that the completion and return of the capital should be timely from today's perspective.

Update from the developer:

The indoor and outdoor facilities of four of the 10 houses are currently being completed. The shell structures including windows are ready for another four houses and the cellars are already in place for the last two houses. The project is entirely on schedule.

The four houses at number 77 have been completed and handed over. At number 75, all four houses have been sold and the shell structures with raw installations are ready.
At number 73 we have done the excavation and are currently starting with the cellars. 

The project is perfectly on track in terms of timing and will be completed on time.
