Santa Creu is a residential development made up of 2 single-family homes located in one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of the city. The objective is to carry out the rehabilitation and reform of the current building, redistributing spaces, creating new installations and acting on the façade.
The developer has signaled the payment of the property and the immediate deed in his name is foreseen free of charges. In addition, the project is already approved and the building license granted. The degree of execution of the project stands at 50% corresponding to the existing building.
