We present a new investment project "13 Renesanso butas" in Vilnius. The financing of this project will be used for working capital. The project owner intends to purchase an apartment for rent. The rental income will cover the interest on the loan, and the full amount of the investment will be refinanced by the project owner at another credit institution at the end of the period. The amount to be raised for the project is 77,000 euros.
The project owner buys an apartment in Vilnius Old Town, Sodu str. 6-13. The apartment located in a new construction project, developed by one of the lithuanian market leaders - Hanner. The project "Renesanso" was built in 2021, all the apartments are bright and spacious with high ceilings and large panoramic windows. The most important points of the city are located near - Town Hall Square, Hall Market, Vilnius Railway Station.
The owner of the project is engaged in real estate rental, in this project in total intends to buy five separate apartments for rent. The price of a short-term rental starts from 50 euros per day. The estimated price of a long-term lease is 550 - 600 euros per month.
To protect the interests of investors, a 25,39 sq. m apartment is pledged in a newly built house in Vilnius, Sod? str. 6-13, Old Town. According to the independent real estate appraiser Ober-Haus, the value of the mortgaged real estate is 110,000 euros. The actual completion of the mortgaged property is currently 100%, the apartment is partially furnished.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 9 999 – 7,5%
- From EUR 10 000 – 8%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
To ensure the interests of investors, an apartment is pledged in Vilnius, Sodu st. 6-14. The registered completeness of the mortgaged property is 90%. The apartment is almost fully furnished.
For all investors, the property is pledged with a primary mortgage.
