New project "Autoplovykla Kaune". Project funding will be allocated to project development and for the final payment for the purchased car wash equipment and its installation on the site. The loan will be repaid from the company's operating income, the balance will be refinanced at the end of the term. The amount to be collected is EUR 100 000.
The project owner is building a self-service car wash. Project owner has a building permit. Currently, 30-40% of the construction works have already been completed in the project - communications, rainwater, water supply, sewerage, electricity have been installed. Currently, the project is designing gas, poured foundations. At the end of August, the necessary equipment will reach the project. An advance of EUR 47 000 was paid from the company's own resources. In total, the project owner invested EUR 150,000 of his own funds in the project. The estimated monthly turnover of the project is from 8,000 EUR to 11,000 EUR (depending on the seasonality). The planned start of activities is September/October of 2021.
In order to ensure the interests of investors, a 50,52 acres plot of land is pledged in Kaunas, B. Brazdzionio Street 24. The value of the pledged property according to the independent real estate appraiser "Newsec" is EUR 172 000. The project owner plans after 4 months. from the signing of the loan agreement to register the completion of the building and pledge the building, thus increasing the value of collateral for investors. Interest by investment amount:
