The originator recently had a call in which the promoter informed the originator that he has a pending income to be received hopefully between this week and next week, which amounts to around 500.000 €. He also mentioned another payment he should be receiving the last week of May (between the 25th and the 30th of May) and that amounts to 370.000 €.
As soon as he receives one of the payments he will transfer the corresponding amounts to pay the interests of the loan and its default interests as it is established in the loan contract.
