The final acquisition of a production, warehouse complex with office premises and all the inventories, address Via Valsessera street, Guardabosone city, Verchelli province, Italy, total building size 12,332 sq / m, land area 8.39 hectares. The loan will be returned from equipment leas back, sales revenue from real estate or refinancing the loan.
The second stage of the project is possible, but in any case, the LTV ratio of the project will not exceed 19%.
LTD Solis Navitas (305485877) is a holding company, which is the main shareholder of a company in Italy Salumificio Fusetti which will acquire real estate with food production machinery and equipment from a bankrupted company "Portalupi Salumi S.r.l" in Italy from bankruptcy administrator. After the acquisition of assets, the production of food will continue with further export expansion to other international markets. "Salumificio Fusetti" main shareholder (90 % shares) will mortgage acquired real estate to secure the loan for LTD Solis Navitas.
The Italian hub will be based on a newly incorporated company named Salumificio Fusetti S.r.l., through which investors intend to acquire the business of Portalupi Salumi S.r.l., a historical cold cut producer located in Piedmont region. This takeover is meant to be followed by other add-on / joint-ventures that will have as targets Salumificio Venegoni (Milano), Salumificio La Rocca (Piacenza) and few other well-known brands with great appeal among international customers.
