Purpose of the loan
Inveslar presents its investors with a new investment opportunity in a CoLiving operation, operated by our manager Urban Rooms. This opportunity offers an annualized return of 8.5% over a period of 18 months, with monthly interest payments (Fixed Rate). The objective of this investment is to finance the initial costs derived from the rental contract, kitchen and bathroom renovation, as well as furnishing the two apartments. The amount required is 55,000 euros. This operation is pre-financed by Inveslar Fintech SL.
The apartments are located in the heart of Barcelona, with a privileged location, just one street below Avenida Diagonal and next to Passeig Sant Joan. It is one of the most dynamic areas of the city, with a multitude of businesses and shops in its surroundings. It is very well connected with public transport, next to the Girona and Verdaguer metro stops, 5 minutes from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Tetuan.
