The construction work on the "Ketzergasse 99" project has been completed. The initially planned global sale of the project was rejected due to the current economic situation in the investor market and the individual sales of the units have therefore already begun.

Update from the developer:
The shell will be completed in approximately 2 months. The construction activities are proceeding according to plan so that the completion is expected to take place on time.

The excavation of the construction pit at Ketzergasse 99 was carried out by STRABAG on time. Currently, the laying of the foundations, the construction of the basement and the outer walls continue. The project is on time and on the way to construction completion in the second quarter of 2022.
