Update from the originator:

Please be informed that the remaining asset of buy-to-let project of 2 micro-apartments has been fully realized.

The remaining property was realized with no capital gains. However, in addition to the fully repaid loan amount, the investors were also paid two months of interest, which increased the project's total annualized return to 7.92%.

The project generated a higher annual return than the 7.55% indicated initially.

Update from the originator:

 

 

The originator would like to inform you that one of two micro offices was sold and partial principal repayment was done for 2 Micro offices project. The total annualized ROI for this particular office was 7.66%. The other asset remains to be rented out.

Update from the originator:

The originator would like to inform you that office # 224 has been successfully rented for a monthly payment of EUR 290, which means a 7.55% annual return for investors. The lease agreement is valid until 2023-09-30.


September 14, 2022

Update from the originator:
 

The originator would like to inform you that the tenant has terminated the #224 office rental agreement. The interest for investors in August will not change. Interest in September – distributed. In the coming months, the possible interest rate decreases if a new tenant isn't found.

The office premises are planned to be rented as soon as possible.

the project generates 443.20 EUR in rental income per month, which means an annual return of 7.55% for investors.


September 21, 2021

Update from the originator:

Office # 223 has been successfully leased for a monthly payment of EUR 260, which means an annual return of 7.36% to investors. The lease agreement is valid until  21/09/2022.


June 02, 2021

Update from the originator:

The current tenant has terminated the #223 office rental agreement. The interest will continue to be paid using the two months deposit and the previous month rental payment. 

The premises has already been listed in all the major listing sites and are planned to be rented out in the nearest future.


December 29, 2020

Update from the originator:

The originator would like to inform you, that the mortgage on the asset has been successfully placed by the project owner and your investment is generating a return. The project owner will be distributing interest every month's 10th day.
