Update from the originator: The project in Ebreichsdorf is entering its final phase. Windows were installed, the facade was erected and the interior work is entering the final phase. The residential complex will be completed over the summer months and the first tenants will be able to move into their apartments by mid/late September.
Update from the originator:
The change requests for the buyers have now been approved by the municipality and therefore from the 25 of June the construction starts.
The construction site has currently been set up and the earthworks have started.
Update from the developer:
The new owners asked for a change in the floor plan and in some cases, a two-story combination of apartments is desired. Since these requests involve an intervention in the basic structure, the team of architects is currently in coordination with the authorities regarding the wishes of the new owners. As soon as the municipality will agree on this, construction will start.
