Project update

Update from the originator:

The issuer informed the originator that the project at Weizengasse 1-3 is about to be ready for occupancy. Final finishing touches are currently being made. Laura Bauträger's project is therefore on schedule so that from today's perspective the completion and return of the capital should take place on time.

Work is currently being carried out on the shell and installation. The project is perfectly on schedule.

Update from the originator:

The borrower waited a bit to start construction there, as they were now able to buy the neighbouring property, Weizengasse 5, and that was very helpful when demolishing or excavating the construction pit due to the coupled construction method.

They are currently working on the shell and are very well on schedule. All time-critical components such as windows, insulation material and iron were ordered on time and will be delivered on schedule.

All four houses have been sold and they are planning to finish them in March 2022, which is ideal with the project financing.
