In Viktring at the Tirolerweg approx. 69 attractive owner and investor dwellings, which look for their-same in punkto housing comfort and processing, develop in 4 modern houses. The project has a weighted living area of approximately 4,984 m² and 93 underground parking spaces.
Each of the 2-, 3- or 4-room apartments, from approx. 51 m² to 104 m², has a well thought-out floor plan, high-quality furnishings, generous window fronts and a sunlit terrace or balcony. The apartments on the ground floor score points with their own gardens. And the nearby town center of Viktring starts with an attractive infrastructure.
Investors receive an annual interest rate of 6.75% on their invested capital. The interest is distributed to the investors every year. The invested capital is repaid to the investors at the end of the maximum term of 24 months.
Sales of the apartments got off to a good start and 11% of the units have already been sold.
After the purchase of the property, the building permit has already been successfully obtained and thus the planning activities have been completed. Construction will start in spring 2021.
With the project a housing estate with approx. 69 with owner-occupied and investor apartments is being built. In the residential complex, 4 individual buildings with a weighted living area of approx. 4,984 m² will be constructed.
Investors receive immediate interest from the moment they pay in their investment, which is paid out after the subscription period has expired. The properties have already been acquired, the planning phase has been completed and construction is scheduled to start in spring 2021. The sale of the apartments has already begun. Construction work is expected to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2023 at the latest.
During the term, the lender will receive an annual distribution of 6.75%.
The lender receives its invested capital back after the sale of the apartments. According to planning, this is to take place after a maximum of 24 months.

Only 4 kilometers from Klagenfurt, the Tirolerweg housing project is being built. Originally constructed in 1950 as a wooden observation tower, a completely new observation tower was erected in 2013. In addition to two observation platforms one above the other and an event room at a total height of almost 100 m, it also offers the highest slide in Europe with a height difference of 52 m.
At the western bay of the Wörthersee lies Velden, one of the most famous tourist resorts in Austria. Directly on the shore of Lake Wörthersee is Velden Castle, which is considered to be the most famous tourist resort on Lake Wörthersee. Velden Castle is well known through the TV series of the same name "Ein Schloß am Wörthersee" which was broadcast in more than 40 countries. Even today international film stars regularly visit Schloss Velden for their summer vacations. Today Velden is considered a hotspot with a unique attitude towards life, which is very popular with visitors from home and abroad, with a wide range of top-class gastronomy, hotels and recreational facilities. This mix of Carinthian down-to-earthness of the alpine region and a great attitude towards life is immediately noticeable in Velden. Starting with recreation at the lake and several hiking trails, to adventure and lifestyle, Velden offers its visitors a wide range of leisure activities. Especially popular are the annual events such as the Fête Blanche, Pink Lake and the music event Starnacht.
The miniature park "Minimundus" is located on an area of over 26,000 m² and exhibits 159 miniature models of well-known buildings, ships and trains from all continents on a scale of 1:25. Originally opened in 1958, more than 15 million people have already visited the park. The net proceeds of the Minimundus Park benefit the aid organization "Save the Child", which is also the owner of the park. About one third of the models in the park show important buildings from Austria, the majority of the models cover the world's most important landmarks and monuments.
The Wörthersee Stadium was ceremonially opened in September 2007 and passed its test during the Euro 2008. 30,000 seats have been available since the stadium was made permanent in 2014. The Wörthersee Stadium is the soccer home of the club SK Austria Klagenfurt, which currently plays in the 2nd Austrian League.
