Update from the originator: 

Following the results obtained, the following is approved: "I accept the proposal made by the developer, SANTINA SRL. with the payment schedule for the repayment of the loan, and therefore, I accept the discount proposed by the developer, provided that the developer fulfils its payment commitment, otherwise the debt will be automatically transferred to a company specialised in recovery."

Update from the originator:

The originator has tried to contact the developer regarding the status of the project with no results so far. As soon as an update is available, it will be sent to investors.

Update from the originator: 

On November 02, 2021, the final term of the project "Santina Resort & Spa" ended without the developer having reimbursed the loan.

The new payment schedule proposed by the developer, SANTINA S.R.L. for the repayment of the loan has been approved and added to the documents section.

Update from the originator:

The originator is stating that the promoting company has already been contacted in order to understand why it is not carrying out the distribution of income interest as well as the procedure to be carried out in order to regularize this situation, however, in the originator's opinion it is a punctual delay in the distribution of income interest.

In general, this promoter paid on a bi-monthly basis. This form of payment has been decided unilaterally and we are reclaiming to change it and be monthly.
