Investment-Case

The borrower is the land registry owner of the property with the property address Große Straße 35-37 22926 Ahrensburg. The existing property is divided into 23 existing units with a rentable area of almost 1,147 m². The investors' subordinated loan will be used to optimize the Issuer's capital structure and replace the Issuer's equity share attributable to the project "Große Straße 35, Ahrensburg" and increase the Issuer's free liquidity for the acquisition of further suitable properties.

The purchase was carried out in each case using borrowed capital and own funds and currently generates an annual net rent of more than €166,000. The aim of the crowd investing campaign is to partially redeem the own funds used.

Quarterly distribution:

During the term, the lender receives an annual distribution of 4.50%.
