Update from the originator:

The results of the vote were as follows, concerning the decisions to be taken if the developer defaults after the loan have expired:

"I accept the proposal put forward by the developer, COLIN INVESTMENTS 54 B, S.L., with the payment schedule for the repayment of the loan."

A new document has been added regarding the payment schedule and other additional information.

Update from the originator:

After contacting the developer, which indicated last September 30th for the regularization of its default status, which had no effect, the originator is following up on this situation for its quick regularization. Recently the borrower also indicated that there is a buyer who is very interested.
The originator's legal department has the intention of entering the company promoting the project in the ASNEF list in Spain. This is a list of debtors in Spain.


February 11, 2022

Update from the originator:

The originator informs you that after contacting the promoter, which indicated last September 30th as the day to make the transfer, which has not yet taken place, the originator is monitoring this situation for its fast regularization. The borrower also indicated that there is a customer who is very interested in buying.

The originator's legal department has the intention to introduce the promoting company of the project in the ASNEF list in Spain. This means that the promoter when included in this list will find it impossible to apply for credit and/or financing, which hinders the good development of the company. In order for the borrower to leave this list, the borrower will have to regularize their financial situation, which includes your investment in Housers


December 23, 2021

Update from the originator:

The developer has failed to comply with the payment schedule, Housers, to protect all investors in the project, has no choice but to give investors the possibility to accept giving the developer two months to submit a new alternative payment schedule, if the developer does not submit such an alternative payment proposal within the maximum period of two months, the investors authorize to take the outstanding debt to recovery automatically and immediately, or demand the claim of the loan with the support of a company specialized in recovery, assuming a possible partial or total loss of your investment.

Project update:

the flex contract extension has recently ended, and right now there is an ongoing proposal between the originator and the developer in order to regulate the payments. As soon as a decision is made we will update our investors.

Update from the originator:

The originator is stating that the promoting company has already been contacted in order to understand why it is not carrying out the distribution of income interest as well as the procedure to be carried out in order to regularize this situation, however, in the originator's opinion it is a punctual delay in the distribution of income interest.

Update from the originator:

The developer has indicated his intention to settle the debt and interest on arrears shortly. Otherwise, our legal department would start the stabilized process in this case.
