Update from the originator: Following the results obtained in the vote, the following option is approved: "I agree to unilaterally terminate the loan contract signed with the developer due to non-payment by stipulation 7.1.1 and, consequently, I agree to transfer the debt to the company specializing in recovery (PROCOBRO DEBT SOLUTIONS, S.L.), assuming a possible partial or total loss of your investment". A new document has been uploaded.

The developer's proposal for the repayment of the project loan has been confirmed. The document has been added to the documents section.

The borrower plans to realize the return of capital the next June 2022.
So far no proposal has been submitted for the originator to open a call for proposals.

The foundations of the first part of the building (it is divided into two lots), the pillars and all the masonry of the ground floor have been completed, and the reinforcement of the first floor is in progress. The work will be handed over in June next year.
As for sales, the company Chiusano, a leading agency in Turin, has been appointed to market the units. In September, one flat was sold for a total of 4 flats sold.

The originator is stating that the promoting company has already been contacted in order to understand why it is not carrying out the distribution of income interest as well as the procedure to be carried out in order to regularize this situation, however, in the originator's opinion it is a punctual delay in the distribution of income interest.

This project was funded on 23 September. The first payment should have been made in November. We are trying to contact the promoter to obtain an explanation about the reason for the delay and request regularisation of payments.
