Update from the originator:
A new document regarding the progress of reconstruction works has been added in the documents section.
We are writing to you in connection with the late arrival of supplies of building materials due to the prolonged health emergency, because of which the company will not be able to repay the loan on the scheduled date of 8 July. We, therefore, inform you that the new loan repayment date will be 30 September 2021. According to the above agreements, in addition to the repayment of the principal, we undertake to pay the lump sum of €15,000 during the deferral period in respect of the original repayment date of 8 January.

The new term for the repayment of this project is 08/07/2021. Interest will be paid for the extended period.

There has been a decision taken regarding the outcome of this project and the decision is accepting the proposal made by the promoter company FUTURE LIVING S.R.L., with a payment schedule for repayment of the loan. The originator will provide more details about this repayment schedule soon.

The project will not return the capital after the final maturity of the loan which was supposed to happen by the end of this month. Currently, the originator is analyzing the potential scenarios for this project and we will come back with an update as soon as we have more information.
