The originator informs you that Estudio Gremial Inversión SLU ( Groinversia ) has proceeded to the early amortization and has made the payment of interest and return of the principal corresponding to the Casa de Sant Marià 12 project; thus closing the cycle of opportunity.

The promoter has made the return of the investment plus the payment of interest 10 days in advance of the forecast (it was scheduled for April 22, 2021).

We remind you of the details of the project:

Fixed interest loan 7.41% final real return * vs 7.5% expected return

Real Annual Return 9.42% vs 9.10% predicted APR

Payment at maturity

Project term 9 months and 20 days

The developer continues with the reform of the Sant Marià 12 opportunity, the developer's team of industrial professionals practically work has been completed to obtain an excellent
reform, applying the best qualities to obtain a quality property.

The property is sold and in the next few weeks, we will sign the sale before a Notary.
