This project did not generate any income for investors for the previous month due to the fact that there is no tenant. The new tenants will come starting from 1st of February. This means that starting from February the project will start generating income again.

There will be no interest for the previous month as there are no tenants at this moment. Starting from January there will be tenants in the property and therefore this property will start to generate income.
