The sale of the house will be signed in April and therefore that same month the originator will proceed with the return of the capital.

The project will be delayed. As soon as the originator will have more information he will share it with investors.

1 - The originator has processed the registration in the registry of the property and currently the property is already registered with the originator's name.
2- The originator is agreeing to leave the tenant in order to start marketing the home.
Normally the project should be finalized around February or March as the originator is currently waiting for an answer from a potential buyer. The originator will keep investors updated with any potential development.

1- The court has notified the originator of the decree in order to register the property.
2- The originator has paid the ITP and presented all the documents to the Property Registry.
Inveslar was informed by the Court that the documentation is ready so that when the suspensions are lifted due to the state of alarm, the repossession and commandments can be signed and delivered.
