Update from the developer:
The construction work is in the final phase. The final cleaning begins in 2 weeks and the first handover of the apartments to their new owners is planned for mid-April.

The facade is largely completed and the gas connection is currently being installed. Then the tilers start laying work. The parquet flooring work will start at the beginning of January.

The shell including the roof is finished. The installations and interior work have started. The windows should be delivered within the next 14 days and so the construction site is going according to plan.
In terms of distribution, 16 out of 17 apartments have already been sold. Currently, only the top 15 are available at around 75 m².
The screed is placed in the first weeks of September. Filling work is in progress.
