Update from the developer:

The developer informs you that MODULAR SYSTEM GLOBAL, S.L., promoter of the MODULAR HOME - CASTELLAR project, has announced that it wishes to activate the "FLEX" option provided for in the contract signed between the promoter and the investors. This extension of the deadline by activating the "FLEX" clause is subject to payment of the full ordinary interest on the project until the date of entry into force of the "FLEX" option. If ordinary interest payments are not made, and as stipulated in the financing contract, the promoter cannot activate the "FLEX" without the extension of the deadline. In the event of being up to date with payment, the deadline for completion of the aforementioned project set for 21 January 2021 will be extended to 21 July 2021. In return, and as contractually foreseen, the interest for investors in the project will increase by 0.75% per year, from 9% per year to 9.75% per year. This increase in interest will be applied as from the entry into force of the Flex option, from 22 January 2020.
