The borrower is the landowner of the property with the address Esslinger Hauptstraße 41 in 1220 Vienna. A total of 21 residential units with a weighted floor area of 1,482 sqm including open spaces will be built. The acquisition of the properties has already been completed, the planning phase has been completed and construction activities are already in full swing. The sale of the apartments has already started and construction is expected to be completed by summer 2021.

During the term, the lender receives an annual payout of 7,00%.

The lender gets back his capital after the sale of the apartments. This should be done, according to the planning, after 24 months.

Location

The 22nd district, also known as 'Donaustadt', lies east of the city centre of Vienna and is Vienna's most populous district. The 22nd district covers almost a quarter of the total area of Vienna's municipal territory and is distinguished by its comprehensive appearance. Seestadt Aspern

The Donaupark is conveniently located between Wagramer Strasse, the Bruckhaufen settlement, Arbeiterstrandbadstrasse and Hubertusdamm. Directly adjacent to the Donaupark, which originally reached as far as Wagramer Strasse, are the UNO-City with the Vienna International Centre and the Austria Center Vienna, to the south of which the Donau City and finally the Copa Cagrana with the Donauinsel to the New Danube. In the north, the Donaupark with its bathing beaches along the Old Danube is bordered by the Copa Cagrana.

Alte Donau

The Alte Donau is an old arm of the Danube in Vienna. It lies to the northeast of the New Danube, which accompanies the main Danube river, but has no direct connection either with the Old Danube or with the Danube itself. The Old Danube is a leisure and bathing area close to the city centre, which can be reached by underground. Several very popular public beach resorts can be found on the banks, including the most famous of them, the Gänsehäufel. The Old Danube is ideal for water-related leisure activities and is popular for windsurfing and boating on summer days. Along the Old Danube you will find a variety of sailing schools and boat rentals.
