Update from the originator:
This project did not generate any income for the previous month due to the COVID-19 crisis. The originator is working on ways to change the position of some of its properties from short-term to mid-term rentals. This way the interest will become more stable as mid-term rentals will, in theory, generate income for more months than short-term rentals.
Update 09.01.2020 6:09PM (CET): We have received concerns about how long this project is taking to finance and that the capital is tied up. We want to clarifiy that with Brickstarter you start earning capital once you invest. From your investment period to the moment the project gets funded you are earning 5% APR.
It is another great oportunity in Alicante from Brickstarter for AirBnb rentals. This is not skin in the game, because we have just invested in Calle Carmen Airbnb and would rather diversify in another city for this type of investment. Though if you do not have invested in previous project - this is a good oportunity. Comparing with the previous project this has advantage that last year revenue for this unit was greater than the Carmen and the price is cheaper so the Return on Rental income is bigger. The disadvantage of this unit is the top floor without elevator.
