Following the results obtained, the following approach is approved: "I accept the proposal put forward by the developer, PROYECTOS ATLAPA S.L., with the payment schedule for the repayment of the loan".

The document with the payment schedule proposed by the developer has been uploaded to the project's document section.

Update from the originator on the outcome of the Lenders Meeting.

The meeting was announced on April 22, 2021, and the voting period run from April 22, 2021 to April 30, 2021 at 23:59 (CET).

 

According to the decisions to be taken in the event of default by the developer after the maturity of the loan, the outcome of the voting was as follows:

1. I accept the proposal made by the developer, PROYECTOS ATLAPA S.L., regarding the payment schedule for the repayment of the loan.

91,11% of the investors voted for this proposal, representing 58,72% of the outstanding capital of the loan.

 

2.         I agree to transfer the debt to the company specialized in recovery (Multigestión Iberia S.L.), assuming a possible partial or total loss of your investment.

 

4,81% of the investors voted for this proposal, representing 3,50% of the outstanding capital of the loan.

 

3. I abstain.

4,07% of the investors voted for this proposal, representing 0,92% of the outstanding capital of the loan.

 

Having reached the agreement of 50,00% of the investors required by the contract, the "I accept the proposal made by the developer, PROYECTOS ATLAPA S.L., regarding the payment schedule for the repayment of the loan." option is deemed approved.

Update from the originator:

The originator informs the investors that PROYECTOS ATLAPA S.L, promoter of the project URBANIA II, has communicated that it wishes to activate the option "FLEX" foreseen in the contract signed between the promoter and the investors.

In this way, the deadline for completion of the aforementioned project set for 16 December 2020 is automatically extended until 15 June 2021. In return, and as contractually envisaged, the interest for investors in the project is increased by 0.75% per year, from 9% per year to 9.75% per year. This increase in interest will be applied as from the entry into force of the Flex option, from 10 October 2020.
