Update from the developer:
We inform you that SASA S.R.L., the promoter of the SARDINIA BEACH project, has made a statement that he wants to activate the "FLEX" option provided for in the signed contract between the promoter and investors. This extension of the completion period by activating the clause "FLEX" is subject to the fulfillment of payment of total interest of the project until the day of the entry into force of the "FLEX" option.
If not being able to be up to date with the ordinary interest payments, and as stipulated in the financing, the promoter will not be able to activate the "FLEX" again if this term has passed.
In case of being up to date with the payment, the completion period of the mentioned project set for next December 31, 2020, will be extended until next June 30, 2021. As a consideration, and as contractually foreseen, the interest for investors in the project will increase by 0.50% per year, from 9% per year at 9.50% per year. This increase in interest will be applied from the entry into Flex option effective, from January 1, 2021.
