The PLA S.r.l. is financed with the aim of creating a residential complex in the neighborhood
Rione Lucania, in the province of Potenza.
The company owns the land which includes two structures to be recovered and a villa for which
the building licenses are held.
The project therefore consists of completing the villa and recovering and rebuilding the others
two structures that will be transformed into independent single-family villas.
The main villa has a surface of 300 square meters and will develop on three levels in addition to the basement.
