Update from the originator:
This project did not generate any income for the previous month due to the COVID-19 crisis. The originator is working on ways to change the position of some of its properties from short-term to mid-term rentals. This way the interest will become more stable as mid-term rentals will, in theory, generate income for more months than short-term rentals.
Brickstarter has informed, that for the previous month, the interest payments will not be distributed, as the properties have incurred fixed fees such as utility subscription and internet. Brickstarter has also informed that they have already received some bookings for July and rents will be distributed in August.
