On the western part of the 6,180 m², park-like property in Parkstraße 7 in 13127 Berlin-Pankow, a multi-family house with nine residential units is being built. The apartments were designed by the project initiator who worked closely with the sales professionals of Berliner Sparkassen Immobilien to complete the task. The floor plans are particularly aimed towards families and adapt well to the demand in the Berlin district of French Buchholz.
A special feature of the project is the park-like property, which guarantees the future residents of the house an unobstructed view of the countryside. A building permit is already available for the planned new building, which is to be adjusted only slightly, so that construction can commence according to plan at the beginning of 2020.
To secure the loan, a mortgage on the property in Parkstraße 7 in Berlin-Pankow is ordered by the trustee in the form of a loan. The loan can only be disbursed once the registration of the land charges has been ensured. In the course of the project, the option will be given to give priority to land charges in favor of further financing in the nominal amount of a maximum of EUR 2.5 million.

Germany's reunited capital since 1990, with more than 3.7 million inhabitants, is Germany's most populous city. The metropolitan area hosts over 4.5 million inhabitants. By 2030, a further increase of 8.7% is expected. Berlin is booming, as shown in particular by the growth rates of population figures, tourism, retail sales and the volume of construction and investment. In recent years, the economically strong capital has been characterized above all by a variety of new settlements and business start-ups, so Berlin is one of the strongest business locations in Europe. Berlin is also popular with tourists and residents because of its diverse cultural and leisure activities.
With the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and countless other attractions, the German capital offers so many historic places like no other city. In addition, the large forests and water areas as well as parks and castles make Berlin the greenest city in Germany, which enjoys international renown as one of the most liveable cities in the world. Especially for these reasons, the metropolis on the Spree is one of the top locations for real estate investments. The demand for housing is still high and the population growth increases the attractiveness of the location.
Pankow, the third administrative district of Berlin and at the same time the most populous district of the capital, is located in the northeast of the capital and stretches from the lively scene district Prenzlauer Berg over the beautiful Niederschönhausen up to the quiet suburbs Karow and Buch. The demand for housing within the district is growing steadily. In addition to attractive residential quarters, popular cultural centers and extensive green spaces, there are other highlights in Pankow such as the Schönhausen Palace, the Mauerpark, the Weiße See, or the Zeiss Großplanetarium. One of the 13 districts of Pankow is French Buchholz.
Located between Blankenfelde, Rosenthal and Niederschönhausen in the west and Buch, Karow and Blankenburg in the east, French Buchholz offers ideal conditions for a life in the countryside. Despite all this, you can reach both the public transport and the car within a very short time in the vibrant city center. Especially young families, French Buchholz offers an excellent infrastructure with numerous nurseries and schools. On an area of about 12 km ² currently live just under 21,000 inhabitants in the beautiful district with suburban charm.
The project is being carried out by Pankow 4 You GmbH & Co.KG. The project company is integrated into the network of companies affiliated with bonafide Immobilien GmbH.
